For this week’s edition of Inspired By, we would like to wish Nils Johnson-Shelton a happy (belated) publication week for the third book in his  The Otherworld Chronicles series, The Dragon King.  Here, are a few books that have inspired Nils most as an author.

A memorable story of two boys and the evil that grips their small Midwestern town, with the arrival of a “dark carnival”.  These two boys save the souls of the town.

Nils found inspiration in three guides to the role-playing game, Dungeons and Dragons.
