Tomorrow Crystal and I will be in my hometown of Tucson, AZ for the 4th largest book festival in the nation: the Tucson Festival of Books. This year the festival is being held from March 12-13th at the University of Arizona campus.
400+ of amazing authors will be in attendance including Frank Deford author of 16 books including EVERYBODY’S ALL AMERICAN, Julia Glass who wrote THREE JUNES and Philip Caputo the author of CROSSERS. Crystal and I will also be having lunch tomorrow with author Ilie Ruby who wrote THE LANGUAGE OF TREES. You’ll be able to see the review of the book on SheKnows after the conference.
Besides highlighting amazing books, the conference will also host a screening of the movie 3:10 to Yuma featuring screenwriters Derek Haas and Michael Brandt. There will also be tons of food and booths as well as entertainment for kids. If you aren’t in the Tucson area and can’t make the festival, check back here for more highlights following the conference.
